These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the aegiscut.com website and the submission of business inquiries to Aegival / AegisCut. They apply to informational browsing, contact-form submissions, quotation requests, buyer-resource access and communication regarding CNC cutting tools, custom tooling and supply coordination.
AegisCut operates on a business-to-business basis. Website content and inquiries are directed to companies, distributors, workshops, procurement teams and industrial users. Nothing on this website should be interpreted as a consumer e-commerce offer or an automatic acceptance of purchase orders.
Any quotation, lead time, packaging arrangement, tooling recommendation or supply indication shared by email, form response or attachment is informational until confirmed in writing by Aegival / AegisCut. Product availability, MOQ, production scheduling, freight terms and pricing may vary by specification, quantity, customization level and supplier confirmation status.
Buyers are responsible for reviewing the accuracy of product codes, insert families, grade requirements, coating requirements, workpiece materials, application notes and quantity plans before placing any order.
Application notes, geometry discussion, material matching comments and SKU comparisons are prepared to support buyer evaluation. Final tooling selection remains subject to the buyer’s own engineering review, shop-floor validation and process responsibility. Performance outcomes can vary according to machine rigidity, cutting parameters, coolant conditions, clamping, workpiece variability and operator practice.
For drawing-based or application-specific tooling, buyers should provide as much technical information as possible, including dimensions, workpiece details, usage goals, current pain points, target quantities and any relevant drawings or photos. AegisCut may coordinate supplier review, first-order clarification, packaging notes and repeat-order follow-up, but custom tooling schedules and feasibility remain subject to supplier-side engineering confirmation.
We handle drawings, references, process notes and other submitted materials with reasonable business care. However, unless otherwise agreed in writing, submission of information through the website does not by itself create a separate NDA, exclusivity arrangement or ownership transfer. If a specific confidentiality arrangement is required, it should be agreed separately before detailed project exchange.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aegival / AegisCut shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from website use, delayed replies, incomplete technical information, third-party supplier performance or reliance on unconfirmed quotation content.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect operational, legal or website changes. Continued use of the website after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
