How Aegival / AegisCut handles business inquiry information.
When you use the website contact form or email Aegival / AegisCut, we may collect information such as your name, business email, company name, country or region, tooling requirement type, target quantity, workpiece material, message content and any documents or images you choose to submit.
We use inquiry information to respond to quotation requests, review tooling requirements, prepare supplier communication, coordinate first-order review and support repeat-order follow-up. Information may also be used to improve buyer-resource content, internal response quality and commercial coordination workflows.
Where necessary to evaluate a requirement or prepare a quotation, we may share relevant technical and commercial details with selected manufacturing partners, packaging partners or other service providers directly involved in supporting your request. We do not sell personal data to advertisers.
